About Jocelyn

Jocelyn Severin is a Pennsylvania native who has specialties in all around the Philadelphia and Delaware County area. Ever since Jocelyn was a kid, she has always loved those character-filled historic buildings with elaborate detailing inside and out which can be considered ?fixer-uppers?. She graduated from Temple University for Architecture Preservation with a certificate in Entrepreneurship which furthered her interest in historic buildings and learned many ways to save those special buildings. After she graduated, she decided to dive into Real Estate to learn another expertise. When Jocelyn is not assisting her clients, she is an avid gym-goer and music lover. A few other aspects that you will find out about Jocelyn is that she is creative, a great listener, and very accommodating which feeds into her determination to find you the perfect living situation even if it's a ?fixer-upper?.
